At PHM we have an exciting programme of exhibitions, events and learning sessions that engage audiences with our stories and collections at the home of ideas worth fighting for.
The People’s History Museum (PHM) has two exhibition spaces available for community groups or individuals wishing to display or produce an exhibition. The 2018 community exhibition programme is finalised, however we are currently looking for groups or individuals to work with us in 2019.
If you are interested in having an exhibition at the museum, find out more about the spaces available and the theme for the 2019 programme.
We receive a large quantity of requests to work with the museum, from individuals and organisations with lots of inspiring ideas. We are a relatively small team and unfortunately do not have the resources to work with everyone who gets in touch.
To make the process fair and transparent, we ask that you complete an Expression of Interest Form so we can assess your initial ideas. These proposals will be assessed at monthly programme meetings. If your idea fits with our planned programming, a member of the Programme Team will get in touch to discuss your idea and request more information to assess whether we have the capacity to work with you.
Please bear in mind the following:
For further information please call the museum on 0161 838 9190 and ask to speak to a member of the Programme Team or email email@example.com.
