Description
An A4 leaflet made by Green Leaves, a branch of the Green Party that campaigned for the UK to leave the EU during the 2016 referendum. The Green Party's official stance was to campaign for a remain vote, but a faction of the party disagreed, arguing that membership to the EU prevented us from creating a sustainable society.
This poster features a photograph of the then-Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn with white and green text reading "I'm with the previous Corbyn". A quote from Jeremy Corbyn regarding the EU prioritising big businesses is highlighted in green at the bottom of the page. Jeremy Corbyn was previously publicly anti-EU but as Labour leader followed his party and campaigned to remain. This might be what is meant by 'the previous Corbyn'. The back of the leaflet has a longer version of the quote, in green text on a white background. Large text at the bottom reads "Put this leaflet in your window if you agree with us."
