All human beings are born free and equal. Join us as we explore YOUR rights through arts and crafts and the radical heroes who have fought for them.
Join guest artist Colette Whittington and have a go at block printing on squares of fabric, then put them together to create an ever changing den like structure. Through the process we’ll look at how people across the world are displaced from their homes.
Each square of the den will explore human rights affected when people seek asylum or refuge, highlighting ways we can help protect these rights, sharing real stories and challenging preconceptions.
Part of PHM’s year long programme exploring migration, co-created by a Community Programme Team made up of people whose lives have been shaped by migration.
