August 2025 Free Badge Kit

  1. The Free Badge Kit offer is being run by People’s History Museum (“PHM”) – a registered charity in England. Charity no: 295260. Company registration no: 02041438

  3. To receive a Free Badge Kit, you must wear a Pits & Perverts t-shirt when you visit PHM during August. 
  4. The Free Badge Kit is not open to PHM staff or their immediate families.   
  5. The recipients of the Free Badge Kit will receive:
    One free badge making kit, £1.
    No cash alternative is available. 
  6. The Free Badge Kit offer runs from Friday 1 August until 11.59pm (BST) on Sunday 31 August 2025. Pits & Perverts t-shirt purchases after the closing date will not be considered. 
  7. You may only get the Free Badge Kit offer once.  
  8. PHM accepts no responsibility for Pits & Perverts t-shirt purchases made after the offer ends. 
  9. Any information provided to PHM for the purposes of the offer will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Data provided will only be used to administer the offer and will not be stored or used for other purposes unless relevant consent is provided.
  10. Photographs of you wearing a Pits & Perverts t-shirt may be requested for use by PHM for reasonable promotional purposes on our website and social media channels. Where the wearer is under 16, parental consent will be sought for any promotional usage.
  11. PHM may at its discretion amend these terms and conditions or offer an alternative equivalent cash value if required.

Pride Night Prize Draw, August 2025

  1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By entering Pride Night Prize Draw (“Pride Night Prize Draw”) you confirm that you have read them. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in your disqualification.
  2. The Pride Night Prize Draw is being run by People’s History Museum (“PHM”) – a registered charity in England. Charity no: 295260. Company registration no: 02041438.
    PHM’s administrative address is Left Bank, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3ER, email: enquiries@phm.org.uk.
  3. The Pride Night Prize Draw is not open to PHM staff or their immediate families.
  4. The winner of the Pride Night Prize Draw will be selected at random by PHM and published on our @phmmcr Instagram account. PHM’s decision is final, and we will not enter into any correspondence about the result.
  5. The winner of the Pride Night Prize Draw will receive:
    Special edition Pits and Perverts 40th anniversary t-shirt, £20
    PHM exclusive 7 postcard set, £7
    Poster featuring the Pits and Perverts benefit concert flyer, designed by Kevin Franklin, £6
    PHM yoyo, £4
  6. No cash alternative is available for the prize.
  7. The Pride Night Prize Draw runs from 5.00pm until 7.59pm (BST) on Thursday 21 August 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
  8. You may only enter the Pride Night Prize Draw once.
  9. PHM accepts no responsibility for entries that do not reach us by the closing date, are incomplete or corrupted
  10. The winner of the Pride Night Prize Draw will be contacted by email. Entrants must confirm their acceptance of the prize and send relevant contact details to PHM within ten working days of receiving notification that they have won.
  11. Any information provided to PHM for the purposes of the Pride Night Prize Draw will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data provided will only be used to administer the Pride Night Prize Draw and will not be stored or used for other purposes unless relevant consent is provided.
  12. Failure by the winner to provide relevant contact information within the timescale specified in advance may result in their prize being forfeited and another winner chosen.
  13. The winner’s name, region of residence and photographs of the prize may be used by PHM for reasonable promotional purposes on our website and social media channels. Where the winner is under 16, parental consent will be sought for any promotional usage.
  14. PHM may at its discretion amend these terms and conditions or offer an alternative prize of equivalent cash value if required.
  15. All activities undertaken to enter the Pride Night Prize Draw are undertaken at the entrants’ own risk. Your legal rights under English law are not affected.
