At the centre of this exhibition is Counter-flow, an installation of 100 pairs of ceramic feet, decorated with textile patterns from around the world, referencing current global demographic shifts and the subsequent worldwide spread of cultural identities.
This exhibition is brought to PHM by Eva Mileusnic, a second generation British/Hungarian UK based contemporary artist. Eva’s work explores the themes of migration, memory, identity and integration.
Family Friendly exhibition, suitable for all ages.
Please note the museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Part of PHM’s programme exploring migration. Following an open call for submissions, the 2020-2021 community exhibitions programme was selected by a Community Programme Team made up of people whose lives have been shaped by migration.
