Painted central panel. Main image, building under construction with scaffolding. At base on left & right female classical statue like figures, various insets depicting scenes to illustrate benefits of union membership. All-seeing eye top centre.


Images on Back
Painted central panel (background classical building as on front but more obvious on reverse). Main image, union official giving money to man after an accident, four roundels with scenes from the building trade. At base four classical statues.

Image on front: Central panel shows a building under construction. On either side are classical women figures. At the top centre is an all-seeing eye and at the bottom are two inset panels of union officials at work. Image on back: A small central panel, showing a union official talking to a widow.
