Believed to be a Co-op party banner. Misrepresentation of Co-operative principles led to the movement founding its own political party in 1917. The first Co-op MP was elected in 1918. The party reached its highest point in 1945 when twenty-three Co-op sponsored MPs were elected.

Materials: cotton sateen, oil-based paint.
