Made by members of the Communist Party of Great Britain.
Korea was a victim of the early Cold War. Friction between Russian-dominated communist North Korea and America-sponsored South Korea led to war in June 1950.
United Nations contingents supported the South Koreans and as National Service continued in the UK at this time many British conscripts were killed in the war.
Materials: Ground of white twill woven cotton.
