[These were made by the hundreds in the USSR from the 30s to 60s for presentation to foreign groups of workers. The South Wales Miners' Library has na early miners one. Bob Edwards (this is from his collection) was heavily involved in the Chemical Workers Union and I suspect that Ivanovo was a chemical town in Russia. The Accession Register says it relates to the Spanish Civil War, which is wrong. Edwards did fight there but for POUM. NM]
