Circular turquoise badge with "No Deal With Healey" in white, above a "R" and "F" in two black gearwheels, for the Rank and File Movement. Rank and File Movment was set up in the early 1970s by leftist trade unionists.This badge was produced in opposition to the Labour Government's Chancellor of the Exchequer Denis Healey and his 'Social Contract' with the unions. The R&F is a Socialist Workers Party (SWP) front.
