This tshirt was created to protest against the Iraq War during the 31st G8 summit held at the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, July 2005. The Stop the War Coalition recognised this as a prime opportunity to show mass opposition to the 'key architects and backers of the war in Iraq and subsequent occupation'. It also put forward that the G8 'serves to continue and extend the interests of global capitalism, of which the war in Iraq is a consequence'. A march was held in Edinburgh on the 3rd July 2005 in the lead up to the summit.
