Text using the colours of the Portugese flag reads "60 anos de luta" or "60 years of struggle" next to which is an image of the Communist flag featuring the hammer and sickle. White text underneath the image reads "at the service of the People and the Fatherland". The main focus of the poster is a sketch drawing of a crowd of workers, in front of which a photograph of a young woman clapping her hands. White text at the bottom reads "PCP 1921-1981".
