This poster refers to the Four-Power talks, negotiations which occurred between the UK, France, the USA, and the USSR over the occupation of Germany and status of Berlin during the Cold War. The Communist Party published these posters to urge Britain to support the Pople's Republic of China to be recognised by the United Nations Organisation (U.N.O) and enter the talks as another member of the Security Council, hoping to add another Communist voice to the negotiations.
