This poster shows the bureatic process of obtaining a sack of coal in post-Vichy France. The title reads "Incroyable mais vrai..." [translated: Incredible but true...] and beneath this is an image of a sack of coal. Around the image are 22 steps it takes for a person to receive coal, from ordering to delivery. Beneath the image calls for change and an end to the bureaucracy established under the Vichy regime during the French occupation.
