Title
Throw out the Tory Budget

Date
around 1945

Description
A white poster with black text and a cartoon in black ink, around 1945. Text reads: "Throw out the TORY BUDGET- and the Tories too!" Accompanied is an image of two men in suits and hats dropping a briefcase full of papers that read "Butler cuts", "Less homes schools", "Less food jobs", and a grenade labelled "War". A working man is walking across and about to tread on the papers. A black box at the bottom reads "Read how in today's Daily Worker". This poster is very old and slightly yellowed. It has been reinforced around the edges with plastic tape, presumably to stop creasing or tearing.
