This piece seems to be a concept drawing for a future work. The image shows a town scene, with a street leading down a hill to the sea. By the sea there is a small dockyard crane and a pierhead with a lighthouse. Over the drawing are written letters, possibly abbreviations for the colours these sections would be painted.
