Colourful picture showing two farmers or farm labourers tying fabric around the leg of a table. There is a black horse in the background, which a maid is pointing out to a gentleman and a child.
The work is unsigned, but supposed to have been accepted with the Rowe collection, so is likely a Cliff Rowe piece. Its realistic style suggests an earlier piece than much of his work. The medium is unclear, but is possibly pastel paint on paper.
