The front is written across three bands of colours - red, amber and green - to mimic traffic lights. The lines "Stopping on the zig-zags" and "School Keep Clear" are written between zig-zag lines, mimicing the white zig-zags often seen outside school premises that prohibit parking. The reverse shows a car with exhaust fumes covering figures of a woman and child.
