The banner features an image of an anthropomorphic Earth as being ill, with a head bandage, a cross of plasters, and a thermometer checking the temperature whilst the Earth sweats. Above the image reads the words "Save Me!" in red felt.

The banner was used at the Climate Strike in Preston on 20 September 2019; a day of global climate action where school students invited adults to join them on strike to demand climate action. The banner was made by Kaye and her daughter Annabelle, who was aged 7 when she attended the Climate Strike.
