Description
White poster with red border. Shows a cartoon of a solider holding a placard with Italian writing on it - this translates to "Law and Order." The image shows the solider hiding behind a giant grenade - the top of the grenade has the letters "MSI" which stands for the Italian Social movement; the far right neo-fascist political party . The Italian Social Movement was a neo-fascist, nationalist and national-conservative political party in Italy. Its creation was inspired by former dictator Mussoloni. Almirante pursued aggressive policies against left-wing uprisings. . There is a flame coming out the top of the grenade with green, white and red colours; the colours of the Italian flag. There is black text below this image in Italian; the English translation of this reads, "Attempts to massacre, assassinations, devastation, intimidation, a declared desire to subvert the systems of the state: the fascism of today is no different from that of yesterday, The flame that kills." This is
clearly an anti-fascist statement, calling the MSI a violent and destructive party. The line "the flame that kills" is saying that Italian Fascism is something that kills.
