Description
A large round sticker which reads "Cortina '92" in large red letters. In green at the top of the sticker it says 'Candidate for the Winter Olympic Games', underneath which is the olympic logo on a background of the Italian flag. The bottom of the sticker reads 'The magical games' in black cursive.
The sticker was produced to promote Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy in its bid to host the Olympic Winter Games in 1992. The bid was unsuccessful and the 1992 Winter Olympics were held in Albertville, France.
