Description
This is part of a larger collection of fifty posters produced for the Italian socialist party from 1892 to 1970. This is a poster made of white card - there is an image on the front. This shows a woman with her hands out holding carnations which drape around the poster. There are two men standing underneath her holding up a banner that says "justita", meaning "justice." The bottom of the poster has a box with a black outline with black text inside; this says "se al popolo s' impone ogni dovere imponga il popolo un diritto: il voto universale." This translates to "if every duty is imposed on the people, the people must impose a right: the universal vote." The colours on this poster are mainly red, brown, beige and black.
