This portfolio collection is 1/4 of a larger collection of fifty posters produced for the Italian Socialist Party (PSI) from 1892 to 1970. This part consists of 12 posters produced for the PSI between 1946 and 1970. This poster advertises the 30th national congress of the PSI. It features an illustration of a man holding up a red flag against a white background. Inside the flag the PSI's logo can be seen. Black text in the top left corner reads: "The tenth anniversary of the United People's Liberation / To restore democracy in the state / In the factories / In the countryside" Information about the congress is printed at the bottom of the page. The original design was likely made in the 1950's and has been reproduced for this portfolio.
