The back of the poscard reads: "For more information on Leeds as a Nuclear Free Zone contact The Emergency Planning Officer, Civic Hall, Leeds 1. / On 24 June 1981 Leeds became a Nuclear Free Zone, the City Council promotes peace education and peace exhibitions, and published LEEDS AND THE BOMB to inform the public of the effects of a nuclear strike on Leeds." In the right hand corner there is the logo of the Nuclear Free Local Authorities campaign, a white dove silhouetted against a black background.
