Poster, advertising a Festival for Chile.
The poster shows a blue sea with a red sun above, and hills to the right (facing). Above the sea, flying across the sky are five butterflies whose wings are coloured as the flag of Chile. Over the waves on the sea reads "We are building the roads back home".
The Festival which is advertised was funded by the Greater London Council (GLC) and organised by the Chile Democratico, which was an organisation of Chilean exiles and refugees around the world.
