Description
Poster, advertising a concert by Chilean band Inti-illimani.

The poster is grey/silver with blue print. In the bottom right corner is a photograph of a children's canteen in Chile, to which a collection taken was to be in aid of. The concert was held at Friends House on Euston Road - the church of a Quaker group. The concert was produced by the Chile Solidarity Campaign in conjunction with Camden Chile Relief Fund.

Inti-illimani were a Chilean band who became connected with the Popular Unity government of Salvador Allende. Following the 1973 Chilean Coup, during which the band were on tour in Europe, they became exiles in Italy. They continued to tour Europe regularly to raise awareness and funds for Chilean resistance to the Pinochet regime.
