The poster is white with black text. At the top is a caricature of Margaret Thatcher running with an olympic torch towards a signpost, shaped like an arrow, labelled Chile. Behind her is another post, pointing in the other direction, labelled Moscow. The image is signed 'Trog'.
The poster is campaigning against the British government's support of and involvement with the Pinochet military dictatorship of Chile, which was known to have violated human rights.
