(Freedom for the political prisoners NOW!". At the bottom, in a blue rectangle reads "Vote por: Manuel Riesco G-31" and "Coordinadora Nacional de Presos Politicos" (National Coordinator for Political Prisoners). It is unclear what election the vote is for.
The poster relates to the liberty of political prisoners, who were arrested during the Pinochet dictatorship when opposing parties and their members were subjected to horrific human rights voilations.
