Description
OutRage! was a queer direct action group formed in May 1990 and active until 2011. Its aims were to assert the human rights of LGBTQIA people; to fight homophobia, discrimination and violence; and to affirm rights to sexual freedom and self-determination. This is a plain white poster with black text reading "STOP THE ANTI-GAY CAMPAIGN AGAINST LENNOX" The OutRage! logo is at the bottom of the poster. This poster was part of an OutRage! protest calling on the BBC to take action against the homophobic campaign against then-world heavyweight boxing champion Lennox Lewis.
