Description
Printed pamphlet titled "CRUISEWATCH" which explains that Cruisewatch is a non-violent direct action organisation based in England, that protests Cruise missiles deployment.

Multiple military bases were used by the UK and US militaries for housing cruise nuclear missiles during the 1980s. Protesters from peace camps at RAF Greenham Common, Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND), and others would report on vehicle movements, blockade roads and form human chains to stop the vehicles transporting the missiles, a protest action known as 'Cruisewatch'. In 1987, following the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces treaty, the cruise missiles were removed from Greenham between 1989 and 1991, with the US Air Force (USAF) leaving in 1992.
