Postcard featuring a photomontaged image by Cath Tate of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher holding a brick, while in the background is a shopfront with broken windows. Part of the shattered window reads "HEALTH...HOU[SIN]G...TRA[NSP]ORT....EDUCA[T]ION" with letters missing where the glass is smashed. Produced during the Anti-Poll Tax campaigns circa 1990.
