The leaflet is was produced by the Campaign for Independence from America (CIA) and describes that they, in partnership with the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND) are organising a demonstration at RAF Upper Heyford, an airforce base outside of Oxford operated by a wing of the US airforce, in protest of bombings of Libya conducted out of the airbase. It advertises a march at Upper Heyford and a march and rally is Oxford on April 11th, and direct action at Upper Heyford on April 15th.
