Circular yellow badge, "I am the 7th picket" in black in the middle, and "No to 'Prior's law' at the top. At the bottom is the Rank & File logo. Prior refers to Jim Prior, the Secretary of State for Employment from 1979-1981, and a proposed amendment to law which inisted pickets be attended by "not more than six persons".
