Description
Round yellow badge, "US Out of Grenada" in black around the edge, with a red blood spot in the centre. In 1983, the US invaded Grenada following a coup by the Revolutionary Military Council, during which Grenadaâs Prime Minister Maurice Bishop was arrested and executed. The United Nations General Assembly condemned it as "a flagrant violation of international law" on 2 November 1983, and it was widely protested across Europe.
