Rectangular white keyring "NO" on one side and a stylised Chilean flag on the other, referring to the No Campaign in Chile 1986. The referendum gave voters the choice of President Pinochet staying in power for another eight years or a new presidential and parliamentary election. The result was a 56% vote no to Pinochet.
