Rectangular white keyring "Llama a votar NO ["Call to vote no" in Spanish]" on one side and "Partido Radical de Chile" [Radical Party of Chile] on the other, referring to the No Campaign in Chile 1986. The referendum gave voters the choice of President Pinochet staying in power for another eight years or a new presidential and parliamentary election. The result was a 56% vote no to Pinochet.
