White double-sided leaflet, with black text and images. The front reads 'OUR FUTURE OUR CHOICE' and notes that "75 percent of young people voted remain. Why should we live with the consequences". Logos for Twitter, Instagram and Facebook are on the right hand side.

The reverse has drawn instructions which encourage readers to scan a QR Code which will "Help smash Brexit to pieces". Social media channels are at the bottom.

The leaflet was created by Our Future Our Choice, a pro-European Union advocacy group for young people formed in 2017.
