Description
Small leaflet produced by the Communist League for the Gorton and Denton by-election. Mainly white with a burgundy coloured band towards the top with the words "26 FEBRUARY: VOTE HUGO WILS COMMUNIST LEAGUE". Beneath this is a small headshot of Wils, with some information about him printed in black. On the reverse, the leaflet is largely burgundy with white text, with information about the Communist League's main policies.
The Gorton and Denton by-election was triggered by MP Andrew Gwynne stepping down in January 2026. 11 candidates stood for election, with the race largely centred around Reform's Matthew Goodwin and the Green Party's Hannah Spencer. Spencer won the seat.
