Description
Large white poster with a photograph of Bill Morris. William Manuel Morris, Baron Morris of Handsworth, OJ, DL (born 19 October 1938) is a former British trade union leader. He was General Secretary of the Transport and General Workers' Union from 1992 to 2003, and the first black leader of a major British trade union.

Morris sat in the House of Lords, under the Labour Party whip, from 2006 to 2020. The text on the poster reads "Let's be reasonable. We all want to feel good about what we do at work. And we like to think our employers respect us for a job well done. The T&G job is to negotiate with employers to get the best possible deal for our members. And we're very good at what we do. Most of our members already earn more than £4 an hour. But many don't. We think that everyone at work deserves at least £4 an hour. It's only reasonable to let's talk...Bill Morris. Transport and General Workers' Union." "A message to employers, £4 now. T&G"
