Two posters on both sides of a piece of carboard. One side is hand drawn and reads "MULTI-RACIAL CARNIVAL OF HARROW COME AND ENJOY / Organised by Harrow Anti-Racialist Committee in conjunction with Harrow Community Relations Council. Supported by Harrow Trades Council and Anti-Nazi League" whilst the other side is composed of cut-out pieces of other posters and reads "ROCK AGAINST RACISM" along with the Rock Against Racism logo and two stickers reading "THE NATIONAL FRONT IS A NAZI FRONT! STOP THE NAZI NATIONAL FRONT!" Rock Against Racism (RAR) was a political and cultural movement which emerged in 1976 in reaction to a rise in racist attacks on the streets of the United Kingdom and increasing support for the far-right National Front group.
