Description
Single sided banner made of red warp faced twill woven cotton sateen. Created by York TUC in 1975 at a cost of £9, the banner reads "York and District Trades Council". The banner is adorned with 21 self adhesive stickers pertaining to different campaigns (some are duplicates). They’re printed in bright colours and read (left to right):

The banner has been marched in iconic campaigns such as 'Coal not Dole', 'No to private contractors' and the UCU pay disputes.
