Deck of 48 playing cards in cardboard box, titled "Panko or Votes for Women".
Each card features a purple and white design onthe reverse, and cartoons of political figures, policemen and suffragettes on the obverse. Cartoons designed by E.T. Reed of Punch magazine. The game was designed and sold by the Women's Social and Political Union to raise funds, as well as by independent merchants.
