Description
Landscape artwork depicting a village in a sea bay. The village is surrounded by green hills to three sides, and the sea in front. Two boats are on the water, with several on the shore line. Figures of people walk along the shore, painted in red and black. The village is mostly made up of houses, but with a church prominant on the left (facing).
The details of the painting are somewhat crude, with colours overrunning each other, especially with green background colour running into detailed sections.
The sub-frame stiffener support has come away from the board completely.
