Poster. Painted on paper. The poster is in a landscape orientation and reads "Arms for Spain", written in red. Above and below are bands of the Spanish Repulican Tricolour.
The Communist Party was one of the key campaiging groups to provide the Republican government with arms to fight Franco's fascist forces. They were also instrumental in helping British citizens fight in the International Brigades in Spain.
