The poster shows an image of a woman with a child and a toddler, looking to the sky where seven planes fly in a formation of a 'H'. The poster reads "Alerte! Danger de Mort..." ("Warning! Danger of death...") followed by "Des avions americains charges de BOMBES H SURVOULENT LA FRANCE EN PERMANENCE" (American planes loaded with H bombs overlook France permanently).
The poster is an argument against American nuclear power in the midst of the Cold War. As part of the Communist International, the Parti Communiste Francais would have followed political lines from the U.S.S.R.
