"PICTURE PROMISES WOMEN IN THE 1930S" in medium white text in upper left hand corner on teal background. In upper right hand corner is graphic of film negative real with repeated image of a man and woman in a sensual pose representive of romantic movies of the 30s. The majority of the background of the poster is filled with an image of a street scene probably in the slums of the city during the Depression. Filling the left side of the poster is a large image of a woman from the 30s holding a baby looking directly out at the viewer, typical of photojournalistic representations of life during the Depression. In the bottom right corner in small teal text is a paragraph explaination of the social and economic conditions during the 1930s and the role the cinema had on consumers.
