Description
A fabric arpillera (patchwork picture) in a gold frame. Black faric background with stiched trees and figures. Pink stitches spell out 'LUSTRA BORA' at the top of the tapestry, meaning 'shoe shine'. In the image people are depicted getting their shoes polished, walking about, and standing under the trees. There is a row of pink stitching either side and a line of red stiching separating the figures from the trees. The back of the frame has a string attached so it can be hung.
