This is a network of organisations and social movements worldwide fighting the current model of corporate globalisation in the global trading system. The principles are sustainability, socially just, democratic and an accountable multilateral trading system. OWINFS grew out of campaigns against the Multilateral Agreement on investment and the World Trade Organisation. Some of the things they do are convening international conference calls, organising delegations of social movement actors to Geneva, where the world trade organisation is headquartered, They also organise press conferences and demonstrations.
