The top of the poster reads "COMMUNIST POLICY" followed by black text on a white background reading "CUT RATES" whilst the body of the poster reads "MORE GRANTS CHEAP LOANS FOR COUNCILS". Handwriting on the back tells us this poster was made in 1963 as part of the Communist Party of Great Britain's election campaigns.
