Black text in the middle of the poster reads in Serbo-Croatian: "9. KONGRES ZKS" The ZKS is an acronym for the League of communists in Slovenia, part of the SFY. Their 9th congress occurred in March 1968 and was headed by Josip Broz Tito, president of the SFY at the time.
